In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

The FRTV mobile cell phone App is designed to expand and extend features of FRTV Station Messaging to include the ability for firefighters to share their readiness status with members. User can quickly view other user from there station that are ready for service. User can also create a quick way access a predefined URL which could be their fire stations web site or any other news feed. The app allows User to see the private “station message” displays on station player.
The App is designed to minimize Internet bandwidth utilization. The App is available on google play or the ITunes store by searching for “My FRTV”. To use all the features of this App you will need a service agreement with Fire Rescue TV.
FRTV Communications Module has been upgraded as well and now includes a 'Members Section'. This section provides an option to add Members or Volunteers, send Alert Messages and monitor status based on Members' response from myFRTV mobile app.
